Project Ask

The client needed a new idea because their current system was outdated and not very customer-friendly. I took a user-focused approach, to make users feel more valued by implementing personalised experiences.

Result & Learnings

During this project, I did some quick research on the latest trends in banking and compared the designs of other banking products in the market. This allowed me to come up with concepts for a business pitch and figure out how to tell a compelling story through design.
